Q. I selected low quality. Why do my images still take so long to upload?
A. When you upload a new image it gets uploaded to our server just like it is on your computer. The quality is set when you or someone else views the image. If you want your images to upload to our server faster you may want to scale them down in width and height before you upload them.
Q. How can I upload full size images?
A. You can upload full size images by unchecking the resize button on the image upload page. If you want to upload your full size images faster to our server and to your websites you must resize them in kb, preserving their original dimensions without losing their original quality. We provide this service for our active members at a low cost.
Q. How can I make my images upload faster?
A. If your images are large, scale them down in dimension prior to upload them at our server. If you must keep an exact image dimension, you can use our photo editing service to scale them down to the exact dimension and resize their sizes(Kb) without losing any image quality. Then you upload them at our server, add them to your websites, social media sites, forums, auctions...
Q. How many folders can I have?
A. You can have an unlimited amount of folders with unlimited images within a folder. To keep your images as organized as possible try not to put to many images into one folder. We have made an upgraded to our script recently, which made it possible to have folders inside folders called nested folder feature. Now you can have your images better organized!
Q. How can I unsubscribe?
A. You can easily unsubscribe by going to Account/Preferences and clicking the unsubscribe button. Your account will be close and you will be taken to paypal to cancel your subscription with us.
Q. Why are my images renamed?
A. If your filenames on your images are too long they are shortened when uploading them. If you have already uploaded a file with the same name as the one you are currently uploading we assign a 4 digit number to the beginning of your file so that you don't over-write the file that you uploaded before.
Q. What type of files can I host?
A. You can host JPG, GIF and PNG files. If you need support for other file types please contact us and we may be able to add support for them.
Q. Where can I see the different 3D slideshow templates and themed portfolio displays?
A. You can choose to display your product's images or personal photos among 30 different 3D slideshow templates if you are a digital photo embellishments service subscriber. All templates are displayed at our forum.
Q. I am a FREE member. Do I have my photos backed up hourly?
A. No. Only paid members have their photos backed up hourly by our system!
Q. What types of personalized calendars can I have as a Photo Embellishments Service Subscriber?
A. As a digital photo embellishments service subscriber you can choose to have personalized photos calendar in 5 different types. WALL CALLENDAR, DESK CALENDAR, POCKET CALENDAR, YEARLY CALENDAR OR MONTHLY CALENDAR.
Q. Which languages are the calendars displayed and how they are delivered?
A. You can choose to have your personalized photo(s)calendar in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Greek... They are delivered in one of the following formats: JPEG,PNG,TIFF or PDF. You can print them out at home or take to Kinkos, Office Depot... and have as many copies as you want. You are also allowed to highlight on your calendar special dates such as events, birthdays, meetings, travels..
Q. How many photos can I have on photo album creation?
A. As a standard digital photo embellishments service subscriber you are allowed to have your personalized photo album created with 3 photos. However you can add 3 photos each month to your existing album or you can pay an additional fee of $1 per photo to be added.

Q. Can my photo album be delivered in multimedia formats?
A. Yes! You can have your album delivered in the following formats:.jpeg, .png, .pdf, *.iso (to be burned as a cd or dvd), *.mov (ipod ready - which can be viewed at iTunes, VideoiPods, iPhone, Apple TV or compatible devices), *.dv
Q. Can I cancel my subscriptions anytime?
A. Yes. All our plans and services are paid through PayPal Monthly Recurring Subscription. However, you can cancel it anytime you desire by log into your PayPay account and cancel the subscription with Up-Photo.com
Q. How do I create create 360° spins images?
A. It's very important to have at least 15 images or photos uploaded to the folder as the sample shown. These images must be taken from all object's angle so your 360° spin is created perfectly! Great feature to sell jewelries, cars, motorcycles...
Q. I am not a Up-Photo subscriber. Can I just order the photo editing service offered?
A. Yes, you can. However, the prices listed on the right column are only for current active members. If you only wish to order our photo embellishments and photo-editing services, you can verify rates for no members at our COMPARE page. Then send us your payment to sales@up-photo.com through Paypal.
Q. Are free accounts limited?
A. Yes. Free accounts are limited to 1 (one) per IP and they are renewed monthly. If we catch anyone abusing this limit, we may delete all their accounts without any notice. All free accounts inactive for 3 months are automatically deleted.
